Upon receiving your manpower requirements, ARMSTRONG immediately starts the process of recruitment to ensure that your needs are met on time.  Your staffing needs are advised to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) – the Labor Office in Manila for the necessary registration/accreditation, and approval of travel and work permits.  Simultaneously, ARMSTRONG gathers applicants who undergo preliminary screening and interviews through our teams of specialists.  The shortlisted candidates are then presented to you for final evaluation and selection. ARMSTRONG handles candidates’ medical examination, travel and work documents, visa stamping on the passport and airline booking for departure.
