The principal's requirements are sent to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) – the Labor Office in Manila for registration and accreditation. This allows the recruitment office to secure authorization and approval to perform its tasks. Simultaneously, ARMSTRONG gathers applicants who undergo preliminary screening and interviews care of a team of trained professionals. The shortlisted candidates are then presented to the principal for final evaluation and selection. ARMSTRONG handles the processing of the candidates' medical examination, travel documents, and visa. Finally, synthesis of the candidates and their documents are managed by POEA before their departure.
